30-Day Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us at eCommerce.time777@gmail.com before sending any items back. Include your order number and the reason for your request.
For returns outside the statutory withdrawal period, items must be in their original condition, with all included accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible.
We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address after reviewing your request.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Where required by law, return costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by ELVYQO.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal — European Union
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise this right, contact us at eCommerce.time777@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days.
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will inform you about the refund.
For statutory withdrawals, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Where required by law, refunds include the original standard delivery charge, but not additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Return Exceptions
Certain products may be excluded from returns or withdrawal under applicable law, including eligible personalised products or sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming products.
